Went in to visit my mother and CNA Jazmin Reyes was of great assistance to me and my mom. I recommend this facility to anyone looking to leave their loved ones in good and caring hands. 5 out of 5 stars.
I highly recommend this facility. I did a lot of research before deciding where to place my loved one where I knew she would receive the best therapy and care so she could quickly improve. Several physicians I know recommended this place and I’m so glad they did. Let’s face it, no one wants to have to go to a rehab facility, but if we have to help decide on for our loved ones, it better be a great place. The most important thing to me is the staff not only seems incredibly competent (which I can’t say about other places I’ve been), but they also seem to genuinely care and that means so much to me because I can’t always be there. I am always kept updated and my loved one is making great progress. I feel like being in a place where she feels that she is cared about is really helping her improve quicker. The staff also always goes out of their way to make sure I am comfortable when I am there (and I am not even the patient)! This is a great place.
We have had horrible experiences with past care centers, so coming to the decision to bring my grandmother there was a very difficult choice for me and my husband but we were reassured of the care that would be provided when we came to tour, the ladies that toured us were amazing and very professional the environment isn’t new but the people are very nice and give off a genuine vibe we have not had any bad experiences the staff has been great with us and the care of our grandma.
The respiratory team gave my family the confidence and training we needed to bring my sister home, fully vent dependent. My sister was treated with compassion and as an individual by the direct staff who were responsible for her survival.
Am writing this review of TPA and I want people to really know what is going on in this place. This is my story about my dad. There comes a time when you find your family member isn’t ready to go home after a hospital stay. The hardest decision I had to make was to put my father in a skilled nursing facility. I would have preferred to take him home but the idea of me taking care of him and his pride would let him. So I decided to bring him to Terracina Post Acute. I walked in expecting the worst but what I found was a group of nursing and other staff members more like family. There were several department heads that came together to meet my father from the start and to welcome him and to make sure that his stay here will be a good experience. Physical therapy motivated him to get better and get on his feet. Respiratory checked on him to make sure he’s breathing okay and he doesn’t need anything. The doctor met with him the first day and reassured him that all his needs will be met and he will be going home soon. My dad was not a respiratory patient. But the department head Pat met with him to discuss how he is doing and told him that if he needs anything to ask her and continued to check on him on a daily basis up until he was discharged. Nursing staff very attentive and made sure my dad was comfortable. The call light was answered in a timely manner. Now my dad is home and doing really well. The nursing staff made him feel like family and not just a patient and that’s what I want everyone to know about Terracina.
I felt nothing but love from the staff! My mom has had bad experiences in other facilities but this one was the absolute best!! Everyone was very friendly and careful with my mom!
